Monthly Recipe: Healthy Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add coconut milk, avocado, vanilla extract, mint extract, salt, and dates to a blender and blend until creamy smooth.

  • Add in ice and blend until thick and creamy, adding a little coconut water as needed.
