*Life coaching can be a great option for those seeking to bring more joy into their lives - whether they are stuck in a rut, feeling depressed, or need a new viewpoint, a life coach is a type of wellness professional who can help people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. Life coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships, careers, day-to-day lives, and any other area that might need to be repaired.

Life coaches can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and develop strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In creating these strategies, life coaches target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, life coaches provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.

A Recovery Coach is similar to a life coach because they can help you identify your strengths and work toward successful change of life situations that may be holding you back. The main focus is to help you stay sober and to prevent relapse by promoting recovery and removing barriers and obstacles.

Recovery Coaches are responsible for assessing client needs and strengths in support of health and recovery by providing a supportive recovery environment and serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and or other drugs.

“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.”
